Welcome to the homeschool room!
It’s still hard for me to even believe we have a homeschool room! When we were building our house, we referred to this room off our kitchen as the “homework room” and honestly never even used it for homework. I hadn’t hung anything on the walls and just felt pretty uninspired by this space. I had toyed around with the idea of just closing it off so I couldn’t see it from the kitchen.
Fast forward to us making the decision to homeschool, and I finally got the inspiration I needed to help this little space come to life.
This wallpaper is from Serena and Lily and is elegant without being stuffy. We had a friend hang it for us because ya girl is not the best at hanging paper. Believe me, I have tried! The chairs are also from S&L and they are very comfy to sit in! We love them!
The goose neck lights were a super affordable find from wayfair and so was the lantern hanging from the ceiling.
These shelves are maybe my favorite part of the whole space. They don’t take up a lot of room (these are the 2 foot size) but each of my girls only needs one shelf to hold all their books. I have tried other shelves in the past and these are by FAR the sturdiest. They also have the prettiest lines! Worth every penny in my opinion.
The cork boards, calendar, letter boards, and vases are all from Target, and these sweet little name flags are from an etsy shop.
